Pricing is based on the size of the team your project needs, not one person’s hourly rate.
Organizing projects
Organizing projects are staffed by team and scope. Team days start at $1,400, and most projects use our Signature team at $2,500 a day.
Larger organizing projects are quoted based on the size of the home, the amount of work and the team needed.
More than organizing
For renovation and move-in projects, we can also source and set up the systems the home needs, then restock everyday spaces like kitchens, pantries and laundry rooms.

We are often called in after a renovation to set up the new kitchen and closets, or before a home goes on the market to clear it for the stager and photographer.

1. We assess the space
We look at what is working, what is not, and how you want the home to function.
2. We make the plan
We map out the project, schedule the work, and prepare the team.
3. We sort and simplify
We pull everything out, group like with like, and lay it out clearly so decisions can happen quickly. Instead of spending the day sorting through piles, you can step in for a short, focused review and let us handle the rest. Donations are removed as we go.
4. We build the systems
Once we know what is staying, we design and source systems around how you actually live.
5. We finish the details
We install, label, refine, and make sure the space is ready to use.
